  • What are your pick-up hours?

    Pick-up hours follow our regular restaurant hours. Customers can select their preferred pick-up date and time when placing an order. Please make sure the time you choose falls within our operating hours.

  • Where do I pick up my order?

    Pick-up is at 185 Stadacona St, Winnipeg, MB R2L 0N2, inside Charlee’s Restaurant

  • What should I bring when picking up my order?

    Please provide the name of the person who placed the order. A valid ID may be requested for verification. Just speak to any of our staff members when you arrive and we’ll assist you right away.

  • How do I know if an item is available or in stock?

    Our menu is updated regularly, and items listed are typically available. In case a certain item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you immediately for a replacement or refund.

  • Can I place a large order (over $500)?

    Yes, absolutely! But for orders over $500, we kindly ask that you call the restaurant directly before placing your order online. This is for confirmation and security purposes.

  • Can I return or get a refund for my order?

    Food items are non-refundable unless they are incorrect, damaged, or spoiled upon receipt. Please read our return policy here.
