Easy Booking & Planning
To reserve your date, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit, which is applied directly to your final bill. When you contact us to book via email at celebratewithcharlees@gmail.com, please have the following information ready:
Type of Event: (e.g., Birthday, Anniversary, Business Lunch)
Preferred Date & Time
Requested Service Time: When the buffet should be opened.
Estimated Headcount: Number of adults and children (ages 3+).
Name and Contact Number
Required: To ensure a perfect experience, please provide your Guaranteed Head Count one week before the event. Final billing is based on this guarantee to ensure enough food is prepared for all your guests. Please be advised that the number guaranteed will be what you pay for; should the actual head count be underestimated, additional charges will be incurred. Buffet Menu & Value
Our Buffet Style Menu ensures every guest leaves satisfied. We require a selection of at least minimum six items for banquets, served fresh at a fixed price per person. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT do trays inside our facility as the charge is PRICE PER HEAD.

Sides: Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Garlic Fried Rice, Vegetable Medley.

Sample Price Per Head based on the above buffet menu:
Price Per Head (adult) = $24.00
Price Per Head (kids 10 & under) = $18.00
Prices are subject to 18% gratuity and added to the subtotal; the 12% tax will also be added to the subtotal. Coffee and tea service can be added for $2.50 per head.
